Quaran(Tiny) Guide to: Flour and Water
Say hello to the third issue of Quaran(Tiny) Guides.
It’s amazing what two simple ingredients can do, and this time we are focusing on flour and water. This zine is intended to get you excited about making your own crust, noodles, and more. No yeast required.
The thing about flour is to get comfortable with it. Learn to experiment, learn to adapt. Sometimes you need more flour, sometimes you need more water. It’s as much about feeling and trusting your instinct as it is about following a recipe down to the exact measurement.
We have the zine available in two formats:
If you want to print the zine at home and fold it together, download this one. All you need is 8.5x11” piece of paper and a printer. Never made a one-page zine before? Here’s a video that breaks down the process, and there’s a visual guide here.
If you would like to download the zine to access on your computer or phone, download this one.
Quaran(Tiny) Guides are small, simple collections of recipes and how-to that we think are worth sharing. The intention is not to be an extensive resource, but instead to offer up simple tips in a straightforward format, that hopefully inspires a little creativity in the kitchen.
